Education Conclave at LisieuxMatriculation HR. School, Coimbatore (1st December)

Two days Education Conclave was held at Lisieux Matriculation HR. School, Coimbatore on 30th November and 1st December. On 1st December delegates from various parts of country and from other countries spoke about Library - how a library should be, how it should be developed in future for the student benefits. They spoke about education to develop moral and ethical values, and a parent and a student delegate spoke on the expectations of a parent from a teacher. And delegates from foreign countries Taiwan and Korea spoke how education is different in their countries from India...

TEACHING PRACTICE

As a part of B. Ed course, I underwent teaching practice for 80 days at Government Higher Secondary School, Pannimadai, Coimbatore.  It was an amazing experience.  It was more of rollercoaster of emotions, from being patient with students to teaching and addressing them effectively.  I learned to guide students, correct their mistakes, and, most importantly, understand things from their perspective, which helped me build a strong student-teacher relationship. Apart from teaching, I also gained hands-on experience with other responsibilities and duties of a teacher, such as paper correction, entering students' marks, making arrangements for exams, and more. These experiences not only honed my teaching skills but also gave me a deeper understanding of the multifaceted role of a teacher. These experiences have prepared me to take on the challenges of teaching and inspired me to become a dedicated and compassionate educator.
